The customer is responsible for submitting the correct spellings, colours, style choices, and year numbers.
If the mistake is on the customer’s side, a paid reprint may be offered.
If the mistake is on my side, I will reprint for free.
Payment must be made before printing begins.
Accepted methods:
Bank transfer (preferred)
Cash in an envelope through the door
Most orders are completed within 3–5 days after payment.
Large orders may take longer.
Delivery is available locally in Bedford.
Distance and availability are confirmed after you submit your order.
After payment is received, I will arrange one of the following:
Local walk-up delivery (within walking distance of Manton Heights)
Further delivery within Bedford (if agreed)
Safe drop-off if you’re not home (doorstep or neighbour)
If delivery isn’t possible, you’ll be informed before printing starts.
Once delivered or dropped off, responsibility transfers to the customer.
All items are 3D printed, meaning:
small layer lines
minor texture differences
slight marks
…are normal and not considered defects.
Once printing has started, refunds are not possible.
If a print fails due to technical issues, I will reprint immediately at no cost.
Some products are seasonal (e.g., Christmas baubles).
Designs, prices, and availability may change during the year.
Customer information is used only for fulfilling orders.
No details are shared with anyone.
